About the Role EisnerAmper has experienced significant growth in our Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services group and is seeking a Partner to join their practice. In this role, you will be involved in new business opportunities as well as servicing existing long-standing clients in a compliance/consulting role. You will also engage in thought leadership, technology initiatives, and staff development and mentoring.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive company, industry, and economic research
Analyze client financial statements
Document and maintain all work product aspects
Lead departmental training and foster continuous learning
Expand services to existing clients
Supervise engagements and special projects
Oversee client engagement processes
Mentor and evaluate staff
Assist in recruiting and professional development
Participate in business development activities
Generate a minimum of $1.5 million in net new revenue annually
Occasional extended hours or travel may be required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Master’s preferred
CPA or applicable license
10+ years in FLVS industry
Experience in client acquisition and business growth
5+ years supervisory experience
Expertise in litigation/expert services and damages calculation
