Direct your own projects Lead a dynamic team of Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators Build industry relationships with clients, architects, construction managers, brokers, property managers, and subcontractors What will you be doing? Oversee complex commercial construction projects, driving them to completion safely and efficiently Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft platforms Serve as the primary client contact and develop project schedules, budgets, and bids Manage procurement, costs, and project change processes Lead meetings and oversee project closeout and financial reporting The successful candidate will possess: 5-8 years of construction project management experience in life sciences projects Experience supervising project staff and managing multiple projects Knowledge of laboratory space renovation including chemistry, biology, vivarium, cGMP manufacturing, electronic labs, and clean rooms Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Timberline, BlueBeam, and PlanGrid Perks and Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Discretionary Bonus plan Health, dental, vision insurance, HSA, 401K matching, unlimited PTO, and more Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
