15+ Years Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic

PaaS Solution Architect

with deep expertise in

VMware Tanzu

and

cloud-native architectures . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

multi-cloud platforms ,

container orchestration , and

DevSecOps

principles. This role demands technical leadership, architectural vision, and hands-on expertise in designing scalable, secure, and resilient PaaS solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement

enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions

using

VMware Tanzu

and

Kubernetes . Define and enforce

best practices

for

microservices architecture ,

containerization , and

DevSecOps

in Tanzu-based environments. Architect and guide the

build of cloud-agnostic PaaS platforms , ensuring alignment with both business and IT objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders across development, infrastructure, and security teams to align technical decisions with organizational goals. Drive

CI/CD pipeline

implementation,

GitOps adoption , and

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

practices. Ensure end-to-end platform scalability, security, observability, and automation. Conduct performance tuning, governance, and troubleshooting for Tanzu-based workloads. Provide

technical leadership

and mentoring to DevOps and engineering teams. Architect

multi-cloud deployments

across

AWS ,

Azure ,

GCP , and

on-premises

environments. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design. Proven hands-on experience with

VMware Tanzu Application Service ,

TKG ,

TAP , and

TMC . Strong expertise in

OpenShift ,

Kubernetes , and

container orchestration

platforms. Deep understanding of

cloud infrastructure

and

platform services

across

AWS ,

Azure , and

Google Cloud Platform . Experience in building and maintaining

DevSecOps pipelines , security best practices, and compliance enforcement. Strong understanding of observability tools, infrastructure automation, and performance monitoring. Demonstrated ability to lead architecture initiatives in

live enterprise projects . Preferred Qualifications: VMware Tanzu certifications or equivalent Kubernetes certifications. Experience with tools such as

ArgoCD ,

Flux ,

Terraform ,

Ansible ,

Helm , and

Prometheus/Grafana . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Seniority level
