Field Services Technician
located in the Washington DC area to install, troubleshoot, and provide training on machines and systems. The ideal candidates have skills in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and software. Candidates would also be proactive, self-motivated, and organized with their work. Your tasks: Installation of the machines and systems (in house and at the customer site) Acceptance and training for the systems at the customer site Reparation and maintenance of running systems Production and hotline support Follow appropriate procedures for each service event Complete appropriate written documentation and feedback for service interventions Your profile: Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or an equivalent (Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering is a plus) Two or more years of experience with maintenance for machinery Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills Willing to travel frequently for weeks at a time to Oregon, New Mexico, and states across the US as needed (estimated 70% of the time) Must be authorized to work in the United States We offer: Competitive pay Employer-paid medical, prescription, dental, and vision plans for employees 11 paid holidays plus vacation time FSA, EAP, and Group Term Life Insurance Travel and Accident Insurance options International working environment – cutting edge with future oriented technology Seniority level
