As our ecommerce presence continues to expand, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate *Ecommerce Manager* to take our digital business to the next level.

*Who You Are* You *live and breathe ecommerce*. You’ve successfully run a *Shopify site* before and understand what it takes to scale a brand digitally. You’re data-obsessed, goal-driven, and love turning numbers into stories—and stories into strategy. Ideally, you have experience in *luxury or high-AOV retail* and know how to deliver a premium online experience.You take ownership of ecommerce performance like it’s your own business. You enjoy working cross-functionally, leading with clarity, and making sure every customer touchpoint online is optimized, elegant, and efficient.

*Role Summary* As our Ecommerce Manager, you’ll oversee all e-commerce operations and work collaboratively across marketing, production, buying, and development teams to ensure seamless online execution. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue profitably, improving the customer experience, and identifying and executing high-impact ecommerce initiatives.

*Key Responsibilities* *Digital Strategy & Site Management*

* Manage and continuously optimize our *Shopify ecommerce website*, ensuring exceptional UX, clean navigation, and engaging product presentation. * Partner with the *buying team* to ensure product data is accurate, well-merchandised, and aligned with customer expectations. * Work closely with the *Marketing Manager* to align site content with launches, campaigns, seasonality, and promotional strategies.

*Analytics & Performance Ownership*

* *Own ecommerce KPIs and sales goals*; track, report, and act on trends and insights with confidence. * *Analyze performance metrics* (traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rates, etc.) and implement strategies to improve performance across the funnel. * Identify patterns in customer behavior, *return rates, order cancellations*, and other critical metrics—and proactively *troubleshoot with action plans* to improve them. * Conduct *A/B testing* and experiment with UI/UX changes to optimize conversions and site engagement.

*Collaboration & Technical Execution*

* Manage and optimize *data feeds* for third-party integrations, inventory syncs, and performance marketing channels. * Perform light front-end code edits as needed (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance the site or fix minor issues quickly.

*Qualifications*

* 3–5+ years managing ecommerce operations, with direct experience running a *Shopify website*. * Proven ability to scale an ecommerce business and achieve ambitious sales goals. * Strong understanding of ecommerce *analytics, reporting, and testing* frameworks. * Experience in *luxury, high-ticket, or high-AOV products* is highly preferred. * Highly analytical mindset with a passion for digging into numbers and creating strategy from data. * Working knowledge of data feeds, product catalogs, and ecommerce tech integrations. * Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to lead cross-functional efforts. * Comfortable owning ecommerce strategy and working independently to achieve results. * Must be *on-site full-time* and authorized to work in the U.S.
