The Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice. In coordination with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS), the ADNS develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies and procedures that reflect current clinical practice, professional standards, and company and facility philosophy of care consistent with Federal and State laws and corporate policies and procedures.Skills NeededLeadership: A desire to inspire and motivate clinical staff and foster a positive work environment.Staff Development: Willingness to coach and mentor clinical staff.Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents and resident family. Clinical Knowledge: A solid foundation of nursing knowledge and skills while maintaining compliance to company, Federal and State standards. RequirementsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing.Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.What's in it for you?
