Our client is a world-renowned healthcare organization and seeking a highly skilled and certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join its team. This role is for the graveyard shift and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results that support critical patient care decisions. Located in San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles, CA Direct Hire Shift: 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM (Weds-Sat or Sun-Weds, or Sat-Tues) - Multiple Openings Pay: $105k-125k Key Responsibilities Follow laboratory protocols for the collection, processing, analysis, and documentation of patient samples and test results. Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests within various laboratory specialties in accordance with standard operating procedures. Accurately input and report test results following laboratory policies and regulatory guidelines. Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers, ensuring optimal performance and resolving malfunctions when necessary. Conduct quality control checks and participate in performance evaluations of laboratory equipment. Deliver accurate and timely results while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid California State License to perform clinical laboratory testing (required). Licensed by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for clinical laboratory work. Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of laboratory safety and accuracy.
