The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and contribute to patient assessments, treatments, and overall care coordination.Job Responsibilities Provide basic nursing care including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and documentation.Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.Monitor patient status and report any changes to the RN or physician promptly.Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes by preparing rooms and patient documentation.Document nursing care and patient responses accurately in the medical record.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and safe patient care.Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols at all times. Qualifications Active LPN license in good standing.Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting preferred.Current BLS certification required.Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
