Job Description Salary: Data Analyst Operations Plan Setup (Mason, OH - Hybrid)
We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the retail luxury goods and jewelry industry. This is a Hybrid role in Mason, Ohio.
Key Note: Onsite requirement: Candidate must be available to work in the Mason, OH office three days per week. Remote-only candidates will not be considered.
Job Summary :
As a Data Analyst on the Business Configuration team, you'll play a key role in setting up and managing benefit structures for EyeMed's Managed Vision Care clients. You'll ensure accuracy and efficiency in configuring products within the Facets system and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Configure a wide range of managed vision care products using both automated tools and manual methods Ensure product configuration accuracy using established tools and methodologies Write and run SQL queries to extract data, analyze issues, and resolve configuration errors Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues raised to the Business Configuration production team Collaborate closely with Implementation and Account Managers to support a seamless client experience Manage assigned tasks in production queues, meeting defined turnaround and quality standards Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at resolving complex system or process issues Suggest improvements to processes and systems to drive operational efficiency Assist management with training initiatives, special projects, and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for configuration requests.
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum 5 years experience working with core claims administration systems At least 2 years experience writing and executing SQL queries and analyzing data using Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex priorities effectively 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Operations
Understanding of claims adjudication processes for members and providers Familiarity with the Facets platform, especially in Claims, Provider, Network, and Product Benefit Configuration modules Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs.
