Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled

Willow Inpatient Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold

Epic Willow Inpatient certification

and possess strong hands-on build experience within the module. This role will work closely with clinical and IT stakeholders to design, configure, test, and optimize the Willow Inpatient system to support safe, efficient, and compliant medication management workflows. A

pharmacist or clinical background

is highly desirable, and

project management experience

will be considered a strong plus. Role is Fully Remote through 12/25 with possible extensions. Perform advanced build, configuration, and optimization of the Epic Willow Inpatient module.

Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, and provider teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

Develop and maintain medication order workflows, decision support, and integration with related Epic modules.

Participate in system testing, validation, and change control processes.

Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, medication safety, and workflow efficiency.

Support go-live readiness, provide at-the-elbow assistance, and assist with post-implementation optimization.

Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

(If applicable) Lead or support project management activities including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications: Epic Willow Inpatient certification

(required).

Proven experience with Epic Willow Inpatient build, testing, and optimization.

Strong understanding of inpatient medication workflows and pharmacy operations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacist or clinical healthcare background.

Project management experience, including leading build teams or managing Epic

implementation/upgrade

initiatives.

Familiarity with related Epic modules such as Beacon, Orders, and ClinDoc.

Work Environment: Full-time position; may require occasional evening or weekend support during go-live or maintenance windows.

Hybrid or remote work options may be available, depending on project needs.
