_*Base Hourly Range\*:*_ *$28.00 - $32.00*

*Shift Availability: Monday thru Thursday (4 x 10-hour Shift) 5:00pm - 3:30am Overtime as needed*

*Position Overview:*

We are seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Repair Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a background in CNC equipment, and a safety-first mindset.

*Duties and Responsibilities:*

* Perform routine preventative maintenance, including lubrication, filter changes, and equipment cleaning, following manufacturer guidelines. * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to restore safe operation. * Conduct basic machining tasks incidental to equipment repairs. * Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. * Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions. * Collaborate with operators and production staff to identify and address maintenance issues. * Move and install plant and building equipment; connect pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems as needed. * Organize, label, and maintain stock parts inventory. * Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. * Document maintenance tasks and communicate status updates to team leadership.

*Basic Qualifications and Requirements:*

* 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a CNC machining environment. * Strong knowledge of CNC lathes, mills, and manual machining equipment. * Experience with electrical wiring and rewiring up to 480V. * An ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints. * Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. * Familiarity with forklift operation, power tools, and electrical meters. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team setting. * Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and priorities

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Electrical wiring: 3 years * Blueprint reading: 3 years * Safety practices: 3 years * Valid Driver's License
