Carolina Comfort Air is looking for an Lead Lawncare Maintenance tech that can lead a crew with a variety of duties including cutting, mowing and driving other heavy equipment needed for the job. This person must be able to drive a tractor, bushhog and hook truck. Most importantly, this person will lead a crew to complete all jobs needed. This employee must have a NC drivers license, CDL's and are able to drive a truck with a trailer. Compensation is based on experience. Lead a lawn care team to complete all duties assigned by the RRT Manager Mowing, cutting and weed eating by using lawn equipment, including a tractor and bushhog Drive heavy equipment including, hook trucks, large lawn equipment, and other equipment based in job scope Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas. Must be able to drive a truck with trailer Tend and observe equipment and machinery to verify efficient and safe operation. Apply protective materials to equipment, components, and parts to prevent defects and corrosion. Ability to operate landscaping equipment, such as chain saws, bobcats, mowers, sprayers, weed eaters, power washers, power tools, etc., in the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities. Assist in all types of construction work, such as additions, remodeling, demolition, and restoring of company properties or contracted work including the removal and replacement of furniture, appliances, or common work. Experience:
1-2 years of previous experience driving heavy equipment Must have a NC Drivers License with at least 2 years of driving experience Must have CDL Class A Dependable and Reliable Must be able to work in outside weather conditions Job Type :
Full Time 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
