Curriculum Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
who can balance thoughtful curriculum development with seamless administrative support. If you're passionate about early childhood education and love creating systems that support learning and growth— we want to hear from you! What We Offer:

Curriculum Coordinator , you will: Design and refine curriculum plans
aligned with early childhood standards and Montessori philosophy. Support teachers
with resources, training, and implementation guidance. Ensure quality and consistency
in lesson delivery and educational programming. As an
Administrative Assistant , you will: Assist with daily administrative duties , including scheduling, record-keeping, and parent communications. Maintain compliance documentation
and support licensing or accreditation processes. Serve as a liaison
between staff, leadership, and families. What You Bring:
18 years or older High School Diploma or GED.
TCC, CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education is a major plus!
Montessori training or understanding —
Preferred 2-3+ years of experience in a licensed childcare setting Experience in curriculum planning and administrative work CPR & First Aid Certification Must pass a background check Schedule:
Full Time : Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
