Job Description Salary: $18-$21 per hour
Position Description Title: Finance & HR Coordinator Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) FLSA Status: Part Time Work Location: In-Office (Cinema Drive Location) Rate of Pay: $20.00 per hour with 4 paid holidays
Position Summary: The Finance & HR Coordinator provides essential administrative and data entry support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief People Officer (CPO). This role ensures smooth daily operations within the Finance and Human Resources departments through clerical support, document management, and task execution. Responsibilities also include ordering office supplies and assisting in the onboarding and training of the individual stepping into the employees former position, as well as other duties as the role evolves. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the CFO and CPO. Maintain calendars and task schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of assignments. Monitor and manage office supply inventory; order supplies as needed for the Cinema Drive office. Maintain records of office equipment and service contracts; coordinate maintenance or service as needed for finance-managed equipment. Organize and maintain orderly filing systems for correspondence and departmental documents. Scan all month end financial documents. Finance Support Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and data entry. Process daily deposits and accurately record transactions in QuickBooks. Complete credit card reconciliations in a timely and organized manner. Support the transition to Concur expense management software, including data migration and user assistance. File, scan, and organize financial documents. Perform general administrative duties related to both Finance and HR. Assist the CFO with capital project coordination and related documentation. Human Resources Support Assist with onboarding processes including background checks, E-Verify, and new hire paperwork. Support HR tasks such as benefits enrollment, employment letters, HRIS data entry, and other personnel-related duties as needed. Grant Administration Submit reimbursements and attendance records for grants such as 21st Century and FEMA. Assist with capital projects. Qualifications: 23 years of administrative or clerical experience required. Associate or bachelors degree in accounting preferred or business administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to type at least 50 WPM. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Ability to evaluate processes objectively and offer constructive solutions. Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly. Consistently meets deadlines with accuracy and efficiency. Strong multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with staff at all levels. Confidentiality Agreement: The selected individual will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement, acknowledging their responsibility to protect sensitive financial and personnel information.
