About the Role: We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Property Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for a portfolio of commercial properties in the Worcester, MA area. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can ensure properties operate efficiently, remain fully leased, and meet ownership objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and local regulations. Maintain strong tenant relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests. Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects with vendors and contractors. Develop and monitor annual property budgets, track expenses, and prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for ownership. Oversee lease administration, including renewals, rent collections, and enforcement of lease terms. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met. Market available spaces, work with brokers, and assist in tenant build-out coordination. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and building regulations. Qualifications: 3+ years of commercial property management experience (office, retail, or mixed-use preferred). Knowledge of lease administration, budgeting, and commercial real estate operations. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office and property management software Ability to handle multiple properties and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
