Seeking an experienced Controls Lead Engineer to lead automation and control systems projects within our pharmaceutical and food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant controls engineering experience and strong hands-on expertise with Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation platforms. This role will involve project leadership, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining control systems to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant controls engineering experience in pharmaceutical and/or food manufacturing environments. Strong programming experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix) and Rockwell Automation software (RSLogix, FactoryTalk). Experience with HMIs, SCADA, motion control, and industrial networking (EtherNet/IP). Knowledge of FDA, USDA, cGMP, and food safety compliance standards. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
