This role will be responsible for day-to-day operations, financial oversight, tenant relations, and managing capital and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end commercial real estate, proven leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing assets and teams. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Oversight & Operations Manage daily operations to ensure superior tenant service and optimal asset performance Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and company policies Lead, mentor, and support Assistant Property Managers, Coordinators, and Building Engineers Construction & Capital Projects Oversee tenant improvements, capital upgrades, and preventative maintenance initiatives Coordinate with contractors, architects, and ownership during planning and execution Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Financial Management Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and ownership updates Review and approve invoices, CAM reconciliations, and vendor contracts Tenant & Client Relations Build strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and responsive service Manage lease administration, including move-ins/outs, renewals, and compliance Serve as primary contact for ownership and investors, providing strategic property insights Vendor & Contract Management Source, negotiate, and manage contracts for third-party vendors (janitorial, security, landscaping, etc.) Monitor vendor performance to maintain service standards and cost-effectiveness Qualifications 5+ years of property management experience, with recent Class A office property oversight Proven experience managing construction and capital improvement projects Strong financial acumen with budget creation and analysis expertise Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software Excellent leadership, communication, and tenant relations skills Real Estate License required; CPM or RPA designation preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
