Strategic Sourcing Manager
to drive global procurement strategies in the electronics space. This is a hybrid role with 25% international travel.

What You’ll Do: Lead global sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance. Negotiate high-value contracts and manage key supplier relationships. Monitor market trends and advise on sourcing innovations. Collaborate across teams to align sourcing with business goals. Mitigate supply chain risks and drive continuous improvement. Manage comanufacturing relationships Lead a small and strategic team Manage tariff impact and maximize cost savings
What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. 6–8 years in global strategic sourcing, ideally in electronics. Experience with component manufacturers (e.g., MCUs, memory). Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and contract management. Proven leadership of international teams and excellent negotiation skills.
