The Plant Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for all manufacturing activities. This senior role ensures that safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals are achieved while aligning department objectives with the company’s overall business strategy. The Sr. Plant Manager drives operational excellence, fosters a high-performance culture, and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following but are not limited to: Lead and develop the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Establish short- and long-term goals aligned with corporate objectives and communicate progress to executive leadership. Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets. Monitor KPIs for productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Lead safety initiatives to meet or exceed company safety targets. Maintain compliance with OSHA, environmental, and other applicable regulations. Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce waste. Promote Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other best practices. Manage departmental budgets and control costs to maximize profitability. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer service to align operations with business needs. Perform additional assignments as directed by the CEO or VP of Operations.
Requirements PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Minimum of 5 years in a senior manufacturing leadership role in a high-paced production environment. Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable operational improvements. Proficiency in CAD plan review, ERP/MRP systems, and MS Office. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Project Management Certification preferred.
