5:30 AM – 1:30 PM OR 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation: $17.50–$18.00/hr for entry-level (recent high school grads) Up to $20.00–$21.00/hr for candidates with relevant experience About the Role: We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Glass Technicians. This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a
climate-controlled facility , ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team environment. Responsibilities: Assist in the fabrication, handling, and finishing of custom glass products Read and interpret basic measurements and instructions Lift and maneuver large sheets of glass (up to 50–60 lbs) Maintain a clean and safe working environment Collaborate with team members and follow direction from bilingual supervisors Perform other manufacturing tasks as needed Requirements: Ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and basic measuring skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with hand tools and machinery (training provided) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required Hiring Process: Phone screen and measuring skills quiz Background check and drug test Resume review and onboarding Eligible candidates can start the
