About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly conscientious Installation Coordinator to join our office team. This critical role will serve as the liaison between our installation department, warehouse, field installers, and customers. You will ensure that every job is set up correctly, scheduled efficiently, and followed through with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate highly detailed installation jobs with customers and installers Work closely with warehouse staff and 3rd party vendors to ensure incoming materials are available and accurate Review and interpret detailed installation sheets and paperwork Communicate with customers to confirm installations and work to resolve any installation related issues Prepare necessary installer job paperwork Process customer post-installation payments Follow up on permits with municipalities and inspections Maintain accurate job records and documentation Provide professional, friendly, customer-facing support Problem-solve in real-time to help ensure successful job outcomes Multi-task and shift between various responsibilities Occasional visit to job-site or related errand Other duties as required
Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed (materials, documents, etc.) Prior experience in scheduling, coordination, or office administration (construction or window/door installation-related a plus) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and understand detailed job documentation Strong organizational and multitasking skills Friendly and professional communication style, both verbal and written Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders successfully, i.e customers, vendors, staff Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software High school diploma or equivalent required
