About the Role Our client, a global leader in engineering solutions for mission-critical environments, is seeking a
Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
to lead process improvements, mentor engineering teams, and work on advanced technologies used in some of the world’s toughest environments.
What You’ll Do Lead
new product introduction
and process improvement projects in a high-mix/low-volume production setting. Establish
manufacturing standards
and create technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance. Evaluate and implement
modern manufacturing technologies
and capital equipment. Serve as a
technical mentor
and go-to subject matter expert. Drive
Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
initiatives for efficiency and quality gains.
What You Bring Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. 8+ years
in manufacturing engineering—preferably in precision machining. Expertise in
close-tolerance metal processing
(heat treating, forging, casting). CAD/CAM skills (NX, SolidWorks, Mastercam preferred). Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. U.S. citizenship required.
