We are seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to support the sourcing, purchasing, recordkeeping, and process management of components, products, and services for indiGO’s innovative product line. This role will play a key part in ensuring cost-effective procurement, maintaining accurate supply chain records, and optimizing vendor relationships to meet production and quality goals.
Responsibilities: Develop and manage sourcing tactics for vehicle components, products and services. Negotiate supplier agreements and capacity commitments. Monitor inventory aligned to lead times/fulfillment timelines to ensure on-time delivery and demand-planning processes. Collaborate with R&D and engineering to qualify and procure from parts suppliers Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to qualify and procure new third-party technologies. Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive contingency planning. Monitor supplier performance and lead corrective action when needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or engineering; MBA preferred. 8+ years in supply chain or procurement leadership roles. Experience managing suppliers in automotive or high-tech manufacturing. Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise. Help plan and execute our scale up to new ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools over time.
