Position Overview
We are seeking two experienced Senior UI/UX Designers to join our fast-paced startup environment. This role is heavily focused on UI design (70%) with UX responsibilities (30%), requiring candidates with technical, industrial, or systems-oriented design backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have experience spanning both physical product design and digital design, or strong foundations in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).

Key Responsibilities Execute UI-heavy design work with exceptional creativity, translating art direction into compelling user experiences Take full ownership of projects from concept to delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards Collaborate with design team to maintain consistency across all products and platforms Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma and other design tools Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Work closely with engineers to implement designs within technical constraints Lead design reviews and presentations for leadership team Incorporate business objectives into design process with strong business acumen
Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional design experience Strong online portfolio demonstrating technical/industrial design background Experience with both physical product design and digital design preferred Background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) highly valued Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with Notion, Slack, Linear.app, and similar collaboration tools Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions Startup experience preferred with demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments
