What you’ll do (for real): Advise like a Pro.
Coach execs and employees, solve thorny, employee relations (ER) issues, steer culture, and impact change with confidence. Lead high-impact projects.
Handbooks, pay audits, job architecture, org design, succession and strategy—hands on, end to end. Own the room.
Design and deliver training that sparks action; speak at events and turn hot topics into “aha.” Shape the future.
Track MA/CT/RI laws, HR tech, people analytics and metrics, AI—then make it usable. What you bring: 7+ years across ER, compliance, talent, and strategy Consultative mindset, stellar communication, project mastery Northeast employment law fluency Comfortable with HR tech, analytics, and AI tools Bachelors in HR/Business (certs like SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR = bonus) Coach Certification or prior consulting = Extra Gold Star Why EANE: Purpose-driven clients.
