This is a distributed team. The candidate can be local to any of the following offices: Basking Ridge, NJ Alpharetta, GA Rolling Meadows, IL Irving, TX Lone Tree, CO Irvine, CA Lake Mary, FL Who You Are You have a gift for taking unstructured data, finding valuable takeaways, and making it understood by others. Your attention to detail ensures you’ll get the job done accurately, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can tackle problems like puzzles. You are a self-starter who also enjoys collaboration, and you are skilled at translating business questions into the right analysis to find the answer. What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities) Analyze data to identify trends, outliers, and anomalies that may signal compliance issues or business risks. Utilize statistical analyses (e.g., regression, correlation, variance) to uncover unexpected patterns and insights within our data. Communicate metrics and insights to key partners and management by building effective dashboards, presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and written reports. Develop new business intelligence services and support models to address emerging business needs. Provide the key metrics needed to support top business goals and detail business requirements for management reporting. Qualifications What You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, or another quantitative field, OR four or more years of equivalent work experience. 3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis and insights. Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing
Teradata SQL . Experience with Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Proven experience building effective presentations ("decks") in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides. Experience with data warehousing concepts and practices. What Will Make You Stand Out (Desired Skills): Hands-on experience with data visualization software, ideally
Tableau
and/or
ThoughtSpot . Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform ( GCP ) and
Looker . Demonstrated experience managing projects and delivering results for multiple business partners.
