Mental Health Clinician
(ACSW, AMFT, or APCC) to join our team in a
field-based
role serving older adults (ages 60+). This is a highly independent position ideal for self-starters who thrive in community settings. The role offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position internally. Key Responsibilities: Provide
1:1 individual therapy
and facilitate
group therapy sessions Conduct
case management
and care coordination Develop and maintain
treatment plans
and clinical documentation for approximately 30 clients Maintain an
active caseload of around 15 clients Travel in the field to meet clients in their homes, board and care facilities, or occasionally at the clinic
Requirements: Must-Haves: Active BBS registration as
ACSW, AMFT, or APCC Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Comfortable working independently in the field Nice to Have: Spanish bilingual
(not required, but preferred) Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while managing time and documentation effectively Compassion for working with older adult populations We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance (FCIHO), Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers (ULAC), The San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO), and the California Fair Chance Act (CFCA).
