Production Manager Assembly Room Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise daily operations within the assembly department to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output Assign and schedule tasks to meet production goals and deadlines Monitor and guide team performance; address personnel issues as needed Approve employee timecards and PTO requests Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment as required Ensure proper assembly of components, alignment, and quality standards Support production scheduling and internal communication Participate in management and safety meetings Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives Secure the facility at the end of the shift Maintain production records and equipment logs Perform other duties as assigned Assembly Room Supervisor Requirements Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (required) Associate's degree (preferred) 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with increasing responsibility Technical Skills Cin7/Core Monday.com Microsoft Excel Google Sheets Core Competencies Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with production coordination and personnel management Familiarity with quality control, safety standards, and workflow optimization Physical Requirements Ability to stand for prolonged periods Able to lift 35+ lbs Visual acuity for close, distance, color, and depth perception Active presence on the production floor Tools & Equipment Computers and basic office software Hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire cutters, glue guns
