We’re seeking a Medicare Enrollment Representative to join our Medicare Sales Team during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
JOB OVERVIEW: Role: Enrollment Representative Work Location: 300 Canoga Avenue, Woodland Hills, CA 91367 (This will be a HYBRID role. Allow to work from home after completing 2-4 weeks onsite.) DURATION: 3 months assignment with possible extension. PAY: $23/hr on W2
NOTES: Shift Hours: Varied shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Sunday, including weekends. Background check required prior to start. Must have Ethernet connection for remote work – equipment provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer and triage incoming calls from prospective members, directing non-sales calls appropriately. Enroll prospects and members into
Medicare plans via phone following approved scripts. Make outbound calls to follow up on incomplete applications or gather missing information. Provide administrative support for sales teams, including data entry and documentation. Accurately enter enrollment information into multiple systems in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments (Medicare Outreach, Billing, Customer Care) to resolve member inquiries. Navigate multiple applications efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have completed High school diploma or equivalent. Must have 3-5 years of customer service experience in a health care or Health insurance call center domain. Strong computer proficiency – able to work across multiple applications quickly. Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused demeanor. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively. Background in customer service, sales support, or healthcare. Familiarity with Medicare or insurance enrollment processes.
