Clinical Research Coordinator I

International Medical Graduates (IMGs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), or Medical Assistants (MAs)

About Us: Denali Health is a leading integrated clinical research site network dedicated to accelerating breakthroughs in medicine through fast, diverse, and high-quality patient recruitment. Our site in Plant City focuses on high-impact studies across neurology, endocrinology, psychiatry, and more. Role Summary: As a Clinical Research Coordinator I, you will play a hands-on role supporting clinical trials from start to finish. You'll work alongside physicians, patients, and sponsors to ensure trials are conducted safely, ethically, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day study activities in compliance with protocol, GCP, and FDA regulations Support participant recruitment, scheduling, and informed consent process Maintain accurate and timely source documentation and data entry Prepare for and assist with monitoring visits, audits, and inspections Collaborate with the Principal Investigator and cross-functional team to ensure protocol adherence Collect vital signs, draw blood (if certified), and perform basic assessments (training available) Ideal Candidate:
IMGs, CNAs, or Medical Assistants with a passion for research and patient care Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with technology, EMRs, and research software Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced clinical setting Clinical or patient-facing experience preferred but not required Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a health or life sciences field (or equivalent clinical experience) Certification in CPR/BLS Phlebotomy experience a plus (not required) Prior research experience is a plus, but
