Overview As a Junior UX Researcher, you’ll blend your analytical mindset with a passion for understanding user behavior. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design, conduct, and analyze quantitative studies—such as surveys, log analysis, A/B tests, and statistical modeling—to uncover insights that guide product decisions and improve user experiences. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute quantitative UX studies (e.g., surveys, log analysis, experiments, regression, path modeling) • Develop metrics and track UX goals in collaboration with designers, PMs, and engineers . • Analyze quantitative data using statistical methods (ANOVA, t-tests, regression) to identify patterns and inform decisions . • Translate complex findings into actionable insights and communicate results through reports, visualizations, or presentations • Collaborate with qualitative researchers and data scientists to combine insights and deliver holistic recommendations Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in fields like HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience • 1–3 years of applied research or data analysis experience (internships, academic projects, or professional). • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming, such as Python, R, and SQL, plus experience with statistical methods • Strong survey design and experience with log-based analytics • Data visualization and reporting skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings to varied audiences .
