Position : Civil Engineer-Land Development Engineer

Job Description: We have partnered with a large Civil Engineering company in the Chantilly, VA area to provide them with a Civil Engineer-Land Development Engineer. Responsibilities of the Civil Engineer-Land Development Engineer: Work on diverse projects for both public and private sectors Participate in land development design projects including: Site planning Stormwater management Infrastructure design Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (engineers, planners, architects, etc.) Contribute to projects such as: Mixed-use/transit-oriented developments Government facilities Residential, commercial, and office sites Utilities and infrastructure Mission critical/data centers Requirements of the Civil Engineer-Land Development Engineer: 4–10 years of civil engineering experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D Experience with land development design for private and public sector clients Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and focused EIT or PE certification is a plus
