Responsibilities of this hybrid Billing Analyst job include: Correspond and follow-up daily with customers regarding billing questions Handle inbound calls/emails and resolve customer inquiries Review and address exception reports daily Provide a high level of customer service Ability to work independently and be flexible and able to adapt to change Analytical with information files
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree required 2+ years of work experience in a corporate setting Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, SUMIFs) and Outlook Prior experience with any large ERP experience is helpful but NetSuite is preferred Ethical, accountable, and strong communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
