General Purpose: Seeking a proactive and experienced

EHS Manager

to lead and oversee the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System. This role ensures compliance with government regulations, Group policies, and customer ESG requirements. The EHS Manager also serves as the

ISO 14001 Management Representative

for the facility.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Compliance Develop and implement EHS programs ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, ISO 14001, and customer requirements. Act as the facility's ISO 14001 Management Representative. Ensure timely and accurate submission of internal and external EHS reports. Team & Program Management Manage and mentor EHS staff. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for EHS projects. Lead the Safety Committee and promote employee involvement in safety initiatives. Operational Oversight Investigate workplace injuries and near misses with Safety Engineer and Nurse; implement corrective actions. Support the Environmental Technician in managing waste handling and wastewater systems. Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring and implement control measures. Maintain Integrated Contingency Plan and conduct emergency response training. Communication & Reporting Regularly communicate EHS performance and updates to all organizational levels. Support training development and ensure company-wide EHS training compliance. Continuous Improvement & Budgeting Lead the creation of new EHS policies as required. Assist in designing safe equipment and ergonomic workstations with Engineering & Manufacturing. Develop and manage annual EHS budgets.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years managing EHS programs in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, ISO regulations Excellent organizational, coaching, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently Strong analytical skills and root cause problem-solving Experience in fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing settings Must uphold standards and contribute to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 compliance. Support company philosophy of Continuous Quality Improvement.
