Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Knowledge in MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
Good numerical and deep-dive data analytical skills with Excel Experience with demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle) is a plus.
Ability to speak Korean fluently.

Job Description Check and manage stock levels, alternate stock, and allocate daily orders Daily back order reduction by processing exchange while checking internal guidelines Review non-moving/excess stock and find outlet sources Report and execute VD scrap for non-moving/excess stock Review and monitor B2B MR/LTL shipments and drive continuous improvements Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business insights. Manage forecasting analytics for VD, B2B & HQ initiatives, utilizing new processes and technologies. Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects or initiatives as needed. Foster strong, collaborative relationships within the Supply Chain group and across departments, including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Operations teams, to drive continuous process improvement and achieve shared objectives. Leverage customer channel data to identify and implement actions that elevate customer service levels and optimize inventory planning. Ensure data accuracy and integrity to empower management with high-quality analytical reporting for rapid decision-making. Prepare compelling presentations for internal and external audiences, including executives and customers. Manage the day-to-day supply chain team while effectively balancing customer and internal escalations. Solve problems by rapidly diagnosing issues and implementing corrective actions. Utilize strong root-cause problem-solving skills to solve underlying issues long-term. Establish effective cadences with internal teams to ensure all cross-functional parties are aligned and executing on the daily supply chain needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and third parties to gather and submit requirements. Build execution plans and processes to align with customer needs and Company policies.
Compensation: $26.50/hr to $30.75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
