Responsibilities:
Build and refine financial models to support planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives Analyze performance metrics to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for growth Deliver clear, actionable insights through reports and presentations to senior leaders Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure financial goals align with broader business objectives Contribute to monthly and quarterly close processes, including variance analysis Identify and implement improvements to streamline reporting and analysis Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or investment banking Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with financial modeling Familiarity with business systems like NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Excellent communication skills-you can explain complex ideas clearly and concisely Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Experience in tech or SaaS companies Skilled in creating polished presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI Ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking and make sound judgments in ambiguous situations
