The Operations Journey Builder IV will work cross-functionally to develop and execute customer journeys for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives. As the subject matter expert in customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate will think strategically, execute flawlessly, and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization. This role is part of the Operations Team, which plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for media products and services. The team focuses on developing and executing in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple services.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys by assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders to address operational plans, deliverables, and risks for global large-scale projects.

Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity and identify and communicate issues to internal teams.

Identify opportunities for improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling.

Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks to serve as a reference and training resource.

Qualifications:

5 to 7 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives.

Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.

High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking.

Experience in SQL preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver quality projects on time.

Proactive, innovative, and resourceful with the ability to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks.

Ability to react calmly to challenges, develop contingency plans, and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment.

Team player mentality with strong consideration for the impact on team members.

Effective communication skills across all mediums, including Slack, email, and presentations.

Education:

BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range: $55 - $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
