We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Corporate Recruiter
to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple manufacturing facilities. This position plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for both hourly and salaried roles in a fast-paced, high-growth industrial environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and a proven track record of managing recruitment for geographically dispersed sites.

full recruitment lifecycle
for multiple plant and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Partner closely with
plant managers, HR leaders, and department heads
across multiple locations to understand staffing needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. Develop and execute
location-specific recruiting plans , leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and local workforce resources. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles. Ensure a consistent and high-quality
candidate experience
across all hiring stages and locations. Maintain compliance with
EEO, OFCCP , and other applicable employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with HR and operations to forecast hiring needs and meet workforce planning goals. Track and report on
key recruiting metrics , including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Represent the company at
career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs . Manage and improve ATS processes and recruiting best practices across all locations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of recruitment experience , preferably within the
manufacturing or industrial sector . Proven ability to recruit for both
exempt and non-exempt roles
across multiple geographic locations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems ( ATS ) and HR software; experience with UKG a plus. Ability to
travel up to 25%
to plant locations as needed.
