We're hiring a
Warehouse Manager
to lead operations at a modern, high-volume distribution facility in
the Dallas, TX area . This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse functions across inventory, labor, safety, and productivity. Backed by a team of 3 direct reports and up to 80 indirect employees.

This isn’t your typical four-wall job. It’s fast-paced, high-volume, and deeply tied to global logistics. You’ll be managing a large facility with advanced infrastructure and a large-scale freight flow operation supporting international trade and transport.
What You’ll Do: Lead and schedule warehouse operations and staff (shipping, receiving, sanitation, inventory). Manage KPIs, safety, labor, and warehouse efficiency metrics. Drive continuous process improvement across WMS/ERP systems. Serve as a cross-functional liaison with supply chain, transportation, and leadership teams.
What You Bring: 8+ years of warehouse leadership (including 5+ in management). WMS/ERP experience (any system). Freight forwarding, gateway, or airline ground handling background is a strong plus. Ability to lead large, multi-shift teams in a dynamic environment.
