Responsibilities of the Benefits Administrative Assistant

Contract position starting Aug 18th through End of January 2026.
Work as a team to successfully achieve company and departmental goals. Accurate and timely build out of client benefit plans, contribution strategies, worksite employee classes, and enrollment workflows in HRIS. Provide administrative and operational support to the benefits team. Generate, review, and audit reports as needed including carrier invoice reconciliation. Create benefit guides and other client facing material as requested using templates provided. Manage HRIS workflows as clients onboard in close partnership with Benefits Consultants and Benefits Specialists. Document task completion as appropriate in CRM. Configurations and system Audits. Carrier reconciliations Payroll Audits Perform other duties as assigned in support of the team.
Qualifications A keen eye for detail Critical thinking and problem solving. Ability to work in a fast‐paced, team environment, especially during peak times. Willingness to jump in where needed. Strong Excel Technology savvy Go‐getter, ability to meet deadlines.
Hours can be flexible to 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm.
Monday through Friday on-site.
