Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
Civil Trial Attorney
to join our Los Angeles team. This is a high-level role for a seasoned litigator ready to manage a plaintiff-side caseload from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant litigation experience and a successful trial record.
Practice Areas of Interest We are hiring across several civil litigation specialties, and welcome applicants with trial experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate Law Tax Law Real Estate Personal Injury Intellectual Property Family Law Employment Law General Civil Litigation Bankruptcy & Debt Restructuring Franchise Law Healthcare & Medical Compliance Probate Cannabis Law
Key Responsibilities Lead plaintiff-side litigation matters through all phases of trial Conduct case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, and courtroom representation Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop compelling legal arguments Deliver exceptional service to clients while managing complex legal challenges
Candidate Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active California Bar license Minimum 7 years of civil litigation and trial experience
Salary and Other Compensation : The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $400,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
