Position Summary: The Marketing Product Manager will play a key role in executing and optimizing product marketing strategies for Upper Echelon Products’ (UEP) portfolio, with a strong focus on Amazon 3P marketplace growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven and creative marketing professional with 2-4 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience, looking to expand their expertise in Amazon marketplace strategy, listing optimization, and product lifecycle management.The Marketing Product Manager will work cross-functionally with Product Development, Digital Marketing, PPC, Content, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches, high-ranking listings, and sustained growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of key marketing initiatives while refining analytical, creative, and strategic skills in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring strong market positioning and competitive differentiation. Optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, backend search terms) to maximize organic rankings and conversion rates. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and keyword opportunities using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Data Dive. Work closely with PPC specialists and advertising teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive product visibility and sales growth. Monitor Amazon Seller Central performance metrics, including conversion rates, organic rankings, ACOS, TACOS, and customer feedback. Support product launch strategies, including review generation, promotional campaigns, and external traffic initiatives. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling product imagery, videos, and brand messaging. Analyze customer feedback, Q&A, and review data to identify opportunities for product improvement and better positioning. Assist in pricing strategy and promotional planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Support off-Amazon marketing initiatives such as social media, influencers, and external paid traffic campaigns to drive brand awareness. Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure adequate inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations. Monitor and analyze inventory turnover rates, storage fees, and Amazon FBA restock recommendations to optimize profitability. Assist in developing inventory replenishment strategies to align with promotional campaigns and sales growth projections. Strong analytical skills with experience using Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, PowerBI, Scale insights or Google Analytics. Experience in inventory forecasting, logistics coordination, or supply chain management is highly desirable. Ability to analyze and optimize inventory turnover rates, storage fees, and demand fluctuations. Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling, sales forecasting, and market trend analysis. Ability to conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify market gaps and positioning opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or product management (Amazon experience strongly preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with PPC advertising, external traffic strategies, and A/B testing is a plus.
