Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Plant Manager
to lead and oversee all daily operations of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effective management of resources. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on operational expertise to drive continuous improvement and support company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and safety goals. Oversee production scheduling and capacity planning to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve processes. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the facility. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on plant performance to senior management. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, HR, and finance to support company objectives. Champion lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented and followed. Ensure the plant is operating in accordance with all regulatory and quality standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a plant management role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, process improvement methodologies, and production planning. Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive organizational performance.
