Document Control and Administrative Specialist
to support their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment— prior experience supporting teams within engineering, architecture, construction, design, or manufacturing is strongly preferred and highly valued . In this position, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to engineering or design teams Operate and maintain various office business machines Create and manage organized filing systems (both electronic and physical) Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint Utilize Adobe Acrobat and AutoCAD for document handling and revisions Assist with business accounting and reporting tasks, if applicable
Qualifications: At least two (2) years of administrative experience required Strongly preferred: experience working in engineering, architecture, construction, design, or manufacturing settings Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint Experience with Adobe Acrobat and familiarity with AutoCAD is highly desirable Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
