Real Estate Investment firm is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support asset management activities across a multifamily portfolio. You will play a critical role in analyzing property performance, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in real estate finance, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly operational and financial performance reports Compile financial data for investor, partner, and lender reporting Develop variance analyses comparing actual results to budgets and proformas Support the budgeting and forecasting process with financial modeling and recommendations Monitor ongoing revenue and expense trends to identify opportunities for improved performance Assist with financial analysis related to property acquisitions and dispositions Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support asset-level strategies Create trend and comparative reports using internal and external data sources Contribute to revenue management and pricing strategies
Qualifications: 0-4 years of experience in multifamily real estate, asset management, or financial analysis Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and underwriting Solid understanding of real estate financial principles and key performance indicators Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate cross functionally
