Optimize portfolio performance by assessing lease agreements, rent rolls, and tenant profiles for actionable insights. Assist in developing and monitoring property-level budgets to ensure alignment with investment objectives. Collaborate with asset managers to implement capital improvement projects that enhance property value and tenant satisfaction. Source and underwrite new multifamily investment opportunities, focusing on high-growth markets. Perform market research to analyze trends, operating statements, and comparable properties. Provide data-driven support for underwriting assumptions and investment viability assessments. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing detailed investment presentations and performance updates. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in real estate investment management, consulting, or public accounting. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities. Experience in preparing financial reports and managing KPIs. Ability to assess lease agreements, rent rolls, and tenant profiles effectively. Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with high-growth Sunbelt real estate markets. Experience in capital improvement planning and execution. Knowledge of demographic and economic data analysis for real estate investments. Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and reporting. Exposure to multifamily property acquisitions and dispositions.
