Senior Mechanical Engineer
with strong experience in
MEP design
and project leadership. The ideal candidate will manage mechanical systems design, ensure quality standards, coordinate across disciplines, and mentor junior engineers. Key Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design for building systems from concept to completion Manage project timelines, documentation, and coordination Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and design criteria Conduct QA/QC reviews and resolve technical issues Respond to RFIs, review submittals, and attend site visits Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers Collaborate with other disciplines (electrical, plumbing, structural) Support proposal development and project scoping as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license in the U.S. (required) 10+ years
of MEP consulting or mechanical design experience 5+ years
in a project management or lead role Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
Revit Strong knowledge of
building codes , HVAC systems, and construction documents Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills LEED AP
certification (preferred)
