Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of UX design experience at the enterprise level Experience supporting consumer facing products for billing and payment or e-commerce applications Great communication and deck building skills to present design findings Strong experience with the UX Design process -- ideation, research, user analysis, flow charts, prototyping, wireframing, etc. Understanding of using design strategy principles to make design decisions Advanced experience with Figma Background with taxonomy and Information Architecture Portfolio with case studies that show the full end to end design process

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer. This team will be supporting customer facing design for mobile and web applications that focus on the Customer Billing, Payments and Account Maintenance workflow. The candidates shall be responsible for building and delivering on end-to-end User Experience (UX) Design across digital touchpoints. Candidates will be designing for all digital platforms, work in agile environments to communicate and lead design specs with stakeholders, as well as implementing design strategy across a design system already in place.

Initiatives include, but are not limited to: * Create persona and scenario development. * Concept iterations and ideations for design implementation. * Create detailed and comprehensive system documentation to be utilized across all digital channels. * Work within a design system to build new experiences by utilizing end to end UX design processes such as research, ideation, user analysis, design analysis, wireframing, prototyping, journey mapping, flow charts, and production. * Use Figma to create design mockups. * Ability to build service blueprinting for applicable designs to show omnichannel impacts. * Design tasks that improve the quality of delivery and reduction of defects across consumer design needs. * Implement responsive specs across mobile, tablet, desktop, and web applications. * Ensure proper documentation for modules, templates, and logic flow systems. * Collaborate with technical development teams to create awareness around design challenges and show design impact based on design decisions.

**This job includes paid Federal Holidays as well as 5 days of PTO**

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Compensation: $54hr to $65hr
