Position Summary: An established, growth-focused company is seeking a Business Systems Manager with strong Epicor Kinetic ERP experience. This hands-on role supports ERP system performance, reporting, upgrades, and integrations with tools like HubSpot, PayChex, and Microsoft 365. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure Epicor Kinetic drives business success.

Key Responsibilities: Own daily administration and performance of Epicor Kinetic ERP Troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and maintain data integrity Build and maintain BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and SSRS reports Support upgrades and integrations (CRM, payroll, etc.) Automate processes and improve system workflows Maintain technical documentation and support end users Collaborate on change management and system continuity Provide reporting for Finance, Sales, and Ops Available for ERP support during production hours when needed

What You Bring: 3–5 years in application/ERP support; 2+ years with Epicor Kinetic preferred Strong skills in SQL, BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and SSRS Experience with ERP implementation, upgrades, and user training Business understanding of finance, manufacturing, and operations Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Power BI and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
