About the Team The HR Business Partner (HRBP) team plays a crucial role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. HRBPs work closely with leaders across the organization to assess, coach, and influence teams in a way that supports scale, evolution, and high performance. This role focuses on supporting leaders within Global Support & Integrity Operations, driving strategic people initiatives while offering hands-on tactical support. About the Role As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support team growth, engagement, and performance. In partnership with Centers of Excellence, you will provide counsel and strategic support across a range of HR areas including organizational design, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, and DEI. This role will also lead department-wide programs and contribute to cross-functional People team initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Coach leadership on people strategies such as team structure, hiring plans, compensation, performance management, and leadership development. Partner with business leaders to define and track Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) aligned to people strategy. Empower and coach managers in developing high-performing teams and strong leadership practices. Lead and facilitate the execution of people programs (e.g., engagement surveys, performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent development). Identify employee development needs and provide strategic guidance on learning solutions. Contribute to the design and improvement of company-wide People Programs such as employee engagement, performance reviews, and manager training. Serve as a strategic advisor during periods of change or growth, leveraging HR insights and data to support decision-making.

Qualifications 6+ years of professional HR or People experience, with at least 3+ years in an HR Business Partner capacity. Proven ability to think critically, anticipate issues, and proactively offer long-term solutions. Strong judgment and decision-making skills; able to work independently with minimal oversight. Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize effectively across multiple projects. Proficiency in working with people analytics and transforming data into actionable insights and narratives. Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable coaching and influencing leaders at all levels. A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
